It is a very serene location with a fantastic view of the sea. We really like the quiet peacefulness and being away from the busy street, but yet it is only a couple minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island and numerous shops & restaurants. The grounds are beautiful with local trees and flowers everywhere, plus monkeys. Daily cleaning and water refills are provided. The space is really great with a large comfy bed, beautiful balcony with sea views , full kitchen with all the essentials... large refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, lots of kitchen tools and utensils, even a laundry tub and clothes line!!! I will mention again, we received daily cleaning and large jugs of drinking water refilled everyday!!! We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owner is super nice and communication was immediate! We would love to return here again!!

Om jag kommer besöka Koh Lanta igen är detta boendet jag kommer boka. Vi bodde i rum 3. Jättemysigt boende. Rolf och Phen var helt fantastiska. Rummet är inte det modernaste, men det var kliniskt rent, nya handdukar varje dag. Städning typ varannan dag. Bra aircondition, bra kyl/frys. Ett tips är att hyra moppe så du kan ta dig runt på ön. Det finns en 7 Eleven typ 3 min promenad från boendet. Tyst och lugnt då det ligger en bit från den stora vägen.
