You have written this review because we refused to refund 2 nights of your 3 night stay..this booking was for a NON Refundable room After checking in you told us you wanted to check out next day and have refund..We ended up talking for 45 minutes with you and you repeatedly said its not fair we dont refund u..This was peak season and we explained we would try to resell the 2 nights but it is difficult to fill just 2 day space ..but if we could we would agree to refund.all days we could resell .But u didnt accept that ..You told us 20 times it wasnt fair ..then u threatened us by saying its in our best interests to give u what u want ..it was then we had to say enough is enough and walk away ..then u called out to us "ooh and there are ants in our bathroom" . Yet they werent there 1 hour before when u checked in..so i sprayed them,and put a fan to get fresh air thru your room.Please look at our reviews,,\on any booking site -we are super clean..have super service but u decide to write untruth that there is latex farm near by ..such nonsense because we have just nature and forest we have steep hills on 3 sides.The road in the front is empty after 7pm and as we are in quiet area the road isnt high traffic at day.the is no such thing as latex farm on koh chang ,//there are factories which process rubber on the mainland never did we insult you though after 45 minutes of you refusing to accept our very fair offer i did walk away .You thought by complaing so much i would give in ..But it was you who were unfair .So Lily and i were Very HAPPY when u told us u were leaving the next day.Sadly some guests can be very very difficult but most of our guests are wonderful and our other reviews tell the real truth about our place and our service ,clealiness and our great resort.We didnt sell the 2 days empty room so Expedia charged all 3 days as per the non refundable conditions

thanks for your review and for staying with us ,unfortunately we dont speak french and maybe you misunderstood my too fast english .We only offered one tour to u and that was a boat trip for snorkeling etc.. we explained that such trips range from 600 -1700 baht .maybe u forgot i told u that . So most guests prefer the local trip starting near our resort at salek kok.These trips are 1200 baht which is great value because the tour is on a boat with just 4-8 persons max..you the guests are taken to beautiful beaches where big boats cannot go,,you snorkel in places where there are no other boats and best of all the trip is very guest friendly and you are not told to get back on boat -get off boat and you the guests control if u want to snorkel swim longer etc You did book to go on the trip and then changed your mind.Why would you think we would try to sell you trips that are not good value .We will sell you cheap tours or the best value tours.. but guests happiness is what matters to us..not price Many Snorkeling trips cost 600-900 baht -but these are not the same..they are on old fishing boats with 40-100 peolpe and the tours are very time table sensitive,,30 minutes snorkel,,1 hour at not so nice beach etc..you could be with very noisy groups from countries most guests avoid..u also have to travel to other side koh chang to join these trips which start in Bang Bao 60 km away from us.Our local trips start 5 km away in Salek kok and Salek Phet .we are most happy to sell u cheap trips but we also wants guests happy after they public minivan to bangkok costs 300 bht -have 16 persons and you bags at your feet >A luxury minivan costs 900 baht..they don't cost same because they arent same.a Renault Clio is cheap but not same as a Audi A7 which costs 10 times more and you get much much more we wish u had talked to us about your concerns..
