"Great location in interesting setting. Our main complaint was that the room was very stuffy and hot. There was a fan in the room but difficult to keep three of us cool. We just landed in Switzerland and this was fine for night one to recover from jet lag."
"Nice, clean, basic hotel within a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne Train Station. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) and riverside restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. Air conditioning worked fine as it was really necessary with the heat and humidity at the end of May."
"Good location at a reasonable price. Bus service is free, bus we had to figure that out. Also city WiFi is sponsored by hotels but never got it working."
"View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful."
