"Everything was ok. It was good. The breakfast could be better, but it’s not a huge deal. The biggest issue is that the picture on the tv can not be adjusted. It’s very dark and strange looking. The lady at the front desk said that was a corporate decision to lock everyone out and even the hotel staff can’t do anything about it. So I don’t fault the staff. They were excellent and friendly every time I encountered them. Marriott can do better. We aren’t children and we should be able to have a tv...

"Property was fine, elevators were all inoperable, requiring us to use staircase which led to the outside in the pouring rain. Also had to carry suitcases up and down stairs. At 75 years old with shortness of breath, that’s the last thing we needed. The staff was very apologetic which was of little comfort. I think we deserve financial compensation."

"There were Cheetos spilled on the nightstand from the previous guests that was not cleaned-up prior to our check-in. There was no hot water, so we couldn’t take showers in the morning.
They gave us two key cards and accidentally gave us a key card to another room. The bathroom door was almost impossible to open and close, one person could barely do it. The pool was not functioning. The Wi-Fi did it function well, everything took forever to load or never did."
