"Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."

"40 mins plus to check in - staff Rude on reception, Not small dog friendly or happy about 2 extra kids (baby sitter ill and unable to have kids and dog) - when I have booked for 2 adults in a FAMILY ROOM for 4 with 4 beds ? £245 per night - two swimming pools inside but 1 closed - sauna and hot tub nice and RESTURANT FOOD & BAR Very good. RESTURANT staff very nice.
