"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Unser Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Es hingen auch noch Handtücher vom Vorgänger im Bad. (frischen Handtücher befanden sich aber im Zimmer). "
