"We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. Kaiseki dinner was just exquisite and delicious as well as the breakfast next morning. Almost like a fine dining experience. I tried the all the hotsprings available at the property: one in the suite,...

"The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. Parking is free and when you check out, every exult need to pay for 600yens for the spring free which I don’t know before. But it is also ok for the price. We will recommend this hotel to our...

"Nice location. If you like a Calm and peaceful area. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The big market is near (5-10mins by walking) small izakaya (5mins by walking) "

"The check-in is fast and the staff are professional. Well communication in English.
However, although it supposed to be a smoking room, the smell in one of the rooms was too strong. We requested a change but not successful.
It was upset us."

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan.
15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc
Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort.
The quality and fit out of the space is amazing, huge living area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, incredibly it is...

"Front desk manager and Food and Beverage Restaurant manager were very attentive to our needs, that was very appreciated. Room was nice, clean and confortable. "
"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."
"Amazingn place with great facilities and value for money, much better than staying in the centre. Yes it’s far from the station, but take a stroll down to the station in the morning (it’s very pleasant and easy as you are walking down) and then a taxi from the station to the hotel in the evening (if you are tired) as it’s cheap to do that. Would certainly stay there again. The view is really worth it. "
