"We greatly enjoyed staying here. Everything was excellent: the room, the food, the staff, the onsen. Staff were particularly helpful, providing information about visiting potters and taking care of sending our luggage. Hagi was a lovely city with much to see and do. And the sakura were in full bloom everywhere!"

"The location is very peaceful indeed, and we found our Japanese room very comfortable. Options for breakfast were a bit limited. Nice to be able to book the ofuro but the schedule is a bit too restrictive (5-10 p.m. only). Overall a nice place to stay and good value for money."

"かなり古い建物をリニューアルしていたので、写真とのギャップがありました。
料理はお造りや活き鮑、見蘭肉のしゃぶしゃぶ鍋は美味しく頂きましたが、焼き魚、甘鯛の味噌汁に至ってはなくてもよかったかと思います。
後付けの半露天風呂が私のイメージと違いました。
半個室の食事会場も広間を建具で仕切っていて私のイメージとは違いました。"
