"A very bad experience. It needs to be clear that there is NO POOL and there is NO ELEVATOR! When we Googled different motels, this Quality Inn in Bemidji showed a beautiful indoor pool. Your Expedia site doesn’t show a pool, but it was confusing. The pictures on the Expedia site do NOT reflect the very poor condition of this motel. I would not recommend this motel unless someone is EXTREMELY desperate for shelter! "

"This is quite the nice motel. There needs to be some major updating, but that can be quite expensive.
However, care and cleanliness is most important, and this place has both. We tend to be picky to protect our health, and Northwood Inn and Suites was great in that respect. Thank you for a good night's sleep!
Only needed 1 tv remote, AND the tv worked!!
One last item... GREAT hot water AND water pressure."
