Staff will explain how to use any amenities such as the open air bath. Our room used a futon and a staff will come by and set up the room. Much like other reviews, hotel is outdated and quite far from any convenience store or restaurant."

"Top tier Fuji area hotel. Amazing transportation options, including to Mishima station to go take Shinkansen if needed. Good free breakfast, and shuttle to nearby station."

"Our room was very spacious, and needless to say, the view from the room was spectacular. There is no outdoor onsen, but you can go outside to the terrace and cool down directly from the public bath. Breakfast wasn't super fancy, but typical Japanese breakfast buffet, and everything tasted good. There is an Izakaya super close to the hotel, which was very cheap with generous portion."
