"TERRIBLE AND AWEFUL COMMUNICATION! The night prior to our stay I reached out to ask if they offered luggage storage. They replied with, the room has been cleaned and we can check in early when we arrive and our room is on the 1st floor. I replied asking what is the earliest time we can check in; no response after that! The next day we arrived at 10:30 am, we noticed there were no key in the lock box. My only complaint about the room as an American is the bed and pillows being too hard for my comfort. I had to add an extra mattress pad for my preference.
