"The La Fonda is a beautiful old hotel. Paying for parking in the rear was so worth it. We came and left frequently, going to historical sites and Taos Pueblo. "Property was close to the Plaza so the location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The room that was originally assigned to us had a problem with the lock and we needed to be reassigned to a different room. Rather than make us trek back to the front desk to get a different key, housekeeping opened the new room for us and the front desk brought a new set of keys to the room. So nice and responsive. "

"Check in and check out were completely remote and extremely easy and convenient. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wifi was fast, water pressure was good, parking easy. They also had a lovely little outdoor area to sit in. I would highly recommend stepping out at night to see the stars - we could see the entire milky way from the parking lot. The only little thing was that the A/C remote was a little hard to use. "
