"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. "Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. "
