"New hotel. I wish it had a bathtub instead of a shower. That was a disappointment. "

"The sheet on one bed was dirty...looked like poop stains. We took the sheet downstairs to exchange it without any issue. My husband didn't like making the bed but he got over it. Just to clarify our view, it was of the parking lot. We did not have any other issue (except sheet) during this stay."

"No one in lobby waited for an hour. Yes, an hour. Hotel looked like it should be condemned. Horrible smell. We left and never saw a single person to help us. Customer came out of room to tell us he waited 2 hours until someone came to help. I was already walking out sure to the diseased condition. I have requested my money back, but costumer service couldn't get a hold of anyone at hotel, surprise, surprise. Am hoping I've gotten my money back, will check soon. "
