One of the twin beds was so lopsided that it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Please upgrade that bed for the next guest in Room #2. All else was excellent and I will keep coming back to stay here!"

"At time of booking I was not notified that the pool area including pickle ball and tennis courts would be closed due to pool maintenance. I was closed for the last week of our stay. But other than that the stay was enjoyable. I have stayed at this property countless times and find it to be the best value on the island."

"The staff was extremely rude. There was a cockroach found in our room. I reported the staff member who was rude to me to the manager. All he said was that they will make sure he goes back into training. Then he offered me $120 dining credit. The staff member was so rude to my boys and me that we didn’t even feel comfortable going into the lobby or dealing with the concierge. We will never stay at the Sheraton or a Marriott hotel again."
