"Free parking at the hotel which is great. The hotel is old and could absolutely do with a renovation. The mattress was hard but the staff were helpful and bought up an extra duvet so used that as extra padding. Rooms are very dated but itโs okay for an overnight stay. Staff were nice"

"The hotel is in a perfect location for getting around. And transport links are good. As lone female in a place i had not bern to before i felt safe walking around. My room was on the 4th floor and the first thing that struck me when I stepped out of the lift was how dark it was. Luckily my room was at the end of the corridor next to an external window so it was light directly outside my room but to and from the lift was dark. When the lift opened on other floors. I was struck by how bright and light the other floors were compared to the 4th floor. The room was clean but it is a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and clean. There is no draws for clothes storage, only hanging space. The thing that did annoy me was the shower . The head needs cleaning as the water flow is slow. Used the restaurant twice and both times food was good and the staff were friendly polite and helpful . Food also reasonable priced. I would recommend."
