It was business trip, still choose location little far from main city but close to nature.Beautifully located where you get the view of both Ocean n the mountain, and the calmness of the neighborhood is simply Relaxing n calming,Althou the rooms did not offer private bathroom other person can also use the same bath n also no locker in the room,Rest was really great

I liked the fact that the space had a kitchen and living area as well as two bathrooms. It was also quite clean. The host, Nikki is exceptional- very communicative, friendly, welcoming, warm, and kind. I had a minor challenge parking my vehicle and getting out of the parking area, but it wasn’t a big deal. I had a very good stay. I am already thinking about my next stay there.

Our stay was very comfortable. Nikki helped us a lot and make it feel like home. Shawn and Nikki helped us with transportation. The place does not have any walkable restaurants, so just plan that ahead. Nikki helped us with lot of site seeing suggestions, right frok the time we landed and we left Kinsgton their hospiwas excellent. Highly recommend this place.

I was contacted before arrival to check my requirements and for anything additional I might have needed. The staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The room I chose had a balcony so I was able to enjoy an evening meal and breakfast sitting outside overlooking the sea. Overall it was a great experience. I woukd definitely book again.

You have a nice view from the property. The downside is that there is no food nearby. Also, although I didn’t go to the beach, I chose the property because of close proximity but it’s not as close as it appears. Otherwise the air conditioning was very comfortable, the area was quiet and peaceful (aside from the storm), and the bed was comfortable. Water also had good pressure and temperature. There is no luxury but I’d stay there again if I just need to get away and not spend too much to do so.

A nice private room in a communal environment, residential neighborhood. Communication was difficult, dependent as it was on phone and internet (which I did not have) for virtual access, especially in the dark of late evening. However everyone's willing worked it out, and I awoke to a beautiful dawn over the coast, from the balcony.

This is a nice cozy place. Ac, fan works so staying cool is no problem. Uber dtops off, snd picks up here. Its gated, and it has a cool shared kitchen. I plan on staying here everytime im in Kingston.

A short while before my arrival, I contacted the property's manager to reconfirm that I was coming to check in. To my surprise, the manager told me that my reservation was canceled due to a big group of guests was coming, with limited hosting capacity, they have to cancel my reservation. This was unbelievable, I made a full payment for 2 nights with my credit card to Expedia app already as requested, I got a receipt from the App. But I couldn't have a room? Does it make sense? My taxi driver went to the property to get refund, but the lady manager said Expedia never paid them. I became a victim of what? It's the first time I visit Kingston, Jamaica. I didn't know anywhere, knew nobody at all. The nice taxi-driver tried to help me out from this tragedy, he drove round around, rounds, to find somewhere could take a guest without reservation, so I didn't have to sleep on the street. Who should pay the driver's extra effort, extra work time, who's responsible for my mental, physical and economical losses?
