"Food wasn't great"

"Clean spacious room, good sized bar and restaurant (though I didn't use them), small but fairly well-equipped gym. I had a couple of small issues but when I raised them with staff they were dealt with extremely efficiently which I was very impressed with. "

"Family-run hotel. They were very kind and helpful, providing secure overnight bicycle storage. The hotel is on a busy road but the rooms face the garden and are extremely quiet. It seems to have been recently renovated. The room was light and bright. Good shower. The bathroom and room were spotless"
