"We had a wonderful first stay at the Standard. The hotel is very up market and our room was spacious and stylish with modern amenities. We stayed in a suite with a dining area, bath in the room and balcony. It was perfect for our first family trip away with our one year old daughter. Having room service available was brilliant so we could have breakfast in the room before getting ready for the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really can't fault our stay and wish it had been...

"Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. "

"The Kimpton Fitzroy was lovely, but it was the staff that made it so lovely. From Andrew and Jack, the doormen, to the lovely Naseera, Fredo, Malichi, Monica, Alban, and so many others. The food in the brassiere was delicious, and some of the best I've eaten. Loved it and all the kindness I was shown. Hope to get back there."

"Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!).
Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful. "
