"The hotel is in a corporate park location so it was very quiet and in a nice setting. The staff was super helpful in accommodating our large party of 25. The only complaints I have is that the AC is extremely noisy and there is a tub instead of a shower that seems to be on a slight slant making it slippery and not easy to shower. Room was nice and everything was clean."

"Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is old and shabby. Our room had a very slow draining sink, a broken soap dispenser in the shower with no soap in it, broken drawer handles on the dresser, the tv in the bedroom didn't work, the sofa had holes in the cushions and the chair was stained. Both treadmills didn't work and the pool was closed."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff warm and helpful. The bathroom shower needs replacing or repair. It has a very well used look with broken grout and orange from the water, staining walls. The breakfast was not great. We went to Dunkin and McDonalds."

"Beautiful and well groomed property with well behaved staff. They should add water tanks/emergency water supply sources when the power goes out. My parents had hard time using restroom in the middle of a dark night after a storm."

"The Lux upon arrival was very impressive, the restaurant has great food, breakfast was very good to excellent for a hotel. The room was spacious and will laid out for comfort, just need attention to cleaning areas not easily seen. We plan to go back again and again"

"Overall, my stay was okay, but the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was mold around the sink. The entrance to my floor had leaves all over the walkway, making it look poorly maintained. The building felt old and did not smell fresh, and the dark colors added to the worn, outdated atmosphere. The bed linens were clean, but the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms and common areas would...
