"There was no electricity on the morning of 12 February — the power went out around 2:00am and had still not been restored when I checked out at 12:00pm to catch a long flight back to Australia via Dubai. As a result, I was unable to shower before departure or obtain a printed invoice (which I still have not received via email). I was also disappointed that no apology or explanation was offered by staff for the inconvenience caused."

"The hotel is very clean and truly amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve seen, with excellent facilities that really stand out. Overall, the common areas are impressive and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt a bit used and could benefit from some updates. Still, a great stay overall."

"This was me third or fourth stay, previous ones were very good but this one was terrible, the floor on which we were provided rooms were very bad and the service was not there at all. Very disappointed. Took me 30 min to check in, i believe they were over booked"
