"The heat was not working in our room. We called! Nobody came. Checked out in the morning after trying to sleep in very cold room. "

"Room was not cleaned on a day it was supposed to be. Had 2 rooms and one had an issue with the remote for TV. Needed new batteries. Was told when called front desk there is no maintenance available. Did not need maintenance, needed remote batteries. Was told by gentleman at front desk “I cannot help you.” Then said the room could be switched. This is 9:30pm. Would not stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay, and it was sort of for a long period of time due to work but I really enjoyed myself. Also, the staff was great and made sure the breakfast was out on time, Everytime at 06:30 AM. Housekeeping always stopped by to check and see if I needed anything. Would recommend to anyone!! :) "

"5 stars for everything except the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. There is no regular shower head. The default shower head is a rainfall shower head. You have to reach through the water to adjust the temp/turn on and off so it is impossible not to get your hair wet. If you want to use the handheld attachment instead, the water sprays through a gap in the shower door and water covers the bathroom floor. It's an extremely poor design."
