"My boyfriend and I came from atlanta for a day/night getaway. We arrived right at 3pm to make the most of our time and was told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 min but they will call me when it’s ready. We went to go eat at the restaurant in the hotel (which was pretty good!), and ended up just sitting and waiting hoping for a call. At 4:15 we went back to check and they said it was ready but they had no phone number to call us- I wish they would’ve emailed or thought to ask if they didn’t have it when we tried checking in earlier. They didn’t offer anything for the late room or inconvenience, I asked for a parking voucher- they accommodated but were hesitant. The room was nice and a good size but didn’t have any waters, any lotion, the bathroom lights were dim, and the TV was not in a place we could really even see it from the bed or couch- kind of strange. Not a bad hotel, just expected better for the price."

"We stayed here previously and had great things to say. Thus time however, there were several issues. We stayed in room 210. The bed was horrific to sleep on. We barely slept and had such terrible back pain we even opted to sleep on the small couch instead of the bed. The couch was very worn and felt dirty. The red chair smelled like fish every time we sat down. Our mini fridge leaked water the entire time and fridge wouldn't stay cold. The housekeeping kept barging in our room 3 times while we asked them to stop and respect our do not disturb sign. It was so uncomfortable that we set up our camera to make sure they weren't coming in when we were gone. Talked to front desk about it and the lady said "oh I'm night shift so I never see housekeeping to tell them". She was rude and offered no help. Didn't even apologize on their behalf. So we stacked things behind our door as well as keeping both locks, locked. Out of 5 stars I'll give it a generous 3 and a half"

"The hotel is in a constant state of repair my room had plaster all over the walls that it looked like they were trying to fix cracks in the walls. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. The wall was cracked and the corner thing was hanging off. The breakfast tasted old and it was ok for a free breakfast but the cereal was stale. Parking was ok the parking lot was full of freight boxes. The pool was ok it had green places in it but we still swam. The staff was friendly."
