"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms.
They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days.
Never stay here again."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Hotel in Gloucester, London. The location was perfect and ideal for enjoying a beautiful part of London and exploring London as a whole. Fabulous cafes and restaurants within a couple minutes walk from the hotel. Right around the corner from Gloucester Road tube station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was impeccably clean. I would definitely stay at the Millennium Hotel again if given the opportunity. "

"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well.
The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3.
The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar.
My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us.
Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"
