"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
