"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. "Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast on the voucher ( it did not). It was supposedly good at their restaurant (evidently the brunch area isn’t considered a restaurant), bar… no mention of where it wasn’t good at.

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."
