"The pool and gardens were immaculate and my family room was very clean and comfortable. On arrival the key would not open the door lock. It took 40 slow minutes to have it repaired and then he asked for a tip !! I wish there was a power point near the bed so I could have my phone charging while in use. The pool towels all need replacing and the sun lounges were covered in bird poop. The Sunset tour was fantastic. I felt that we were not given enough time on the full day Soussvlei...

The game drives were really respectful of the animals on the property and we saw so much wildlife so that was a real treat. Location is perfect for relaxation and the food was so delicious!"
