"Water was cutt off from the main supply from windhoek municipality and there were NO drinking water available on the premises, not even in the room, bar or restaurant. The next morning still no water accept a 5L brown muddy water to flush the toilet. Pls add a bottle of drinking water to your rooms for incase of emergency or late nights. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and room. Thank you very much."

I was really glad we chose to stay just outside the centre of Windhoek, it felt relaxed and peaceful, but a taxi into the city was quick, easy and inexpensive. The accommodation and facilities were great, but once again it was the staff who really stood out. Friendly, helpful and welcoming at every turn, they made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. A brilliant, good-value base in Windhoek and the perfect place to begin and end a Namibian road trip."

We have to mention Dallen (hope correctly spelled!). We are regular travelers and of late, have been travelling extensively in Namibia. In all of Namibia, lodges and hotels, from no star to 5 stars, we have never met a person who went with us to the room, explaining every bit of detail that is important and that we should know during our stay. What a treasure to have! He executed his job with passion and a great big smile, and would be an asset in any employment in any place where he is, whether Namibia or abroad. Kindly pass on our sincere appreciation to him and please look after him. He is a 5-star gem!!!"
