Great Service! On the business package, I loved the little extras e.g. airport transfers, pressing service etc. The food was great - both room service & the buffet breakfast.

We hope the scores we have given will reflect our stay at the Oberoi. Unfortunately we cannot vouch for the review AS WE HAVE NOT STAYED AT THE OBEROI. We are booked to stay at the hotel on 19 DECEMBER 2022 so maybe the scores will record the service we will receive

I WAS OVERWHELMED WHEN THE HOTEL GAVE ME A SURPRISE RETREAT ON MY BIRTHDAY, MY ROOM WAS DECORATED WITH ROSE PETALS AND A DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE, MY DAUGHTER WAS FASCINATED, ITS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM HOLIDAY INN AIRPORT MUMBAI, THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE THE HOSPITALITY.
STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMMODATIVE TO ALL OUR NEEDS AND ALWAYS OBLIGING FOR WHATSOEVER REQUESTS FROM US.
