Ibis Bay Beach Resort
The king room next to/above pool was so comfortable. The only thing I would change are room darkening shades or blinds as the pool area lights stay on all night and light up the room. Breakfast was a nice added bonus to start the day!

Beachside Resort & Residences
Elevator was broken for several days. The staff definitely helped with our luggage for checkout but the rest of the time we used the stairs. Still not so bad but the gates on the stairs did not lock properly so it gives the impression of a property that is not well maintained.

Our room was at the rear of the hotel, maybe because we booked it through Expedia, I don't know, but certainly not the best location. I've noticed that we tend to get weird room locations if I use a booking service other than the hotel itself. It only had One elevator, not convenient to anything. ...
