"The staff at check-in was super helpful, the young man was very professional professional. The property itself is not as up-to-date as all the hotels in the area. Not every room is functional, meaning closet, doors being able to open without running into a desk type of thing. It served the purpose"

"The property was very clean. All the staff was very helpful except Salvadore at the front desk. He was extremely rude and accused me of lying about being told I needed a parking permit and a reservation for the shuttle. Later that evening we went on the shuttle and was informed we needed a reservation and a pass. We went back into the reception area and another couple was also accused of being informed about these two issues as I was waiting to speak with him to get them. At checkout the manager Digna was extremely nice and she would speak with him and then comped us breakfast. Breakfast was charged to my card, but was credited back to me after I called."

"We had a fantastic stay at Havana Cabana Key West! The pool area is truly the highlight—beautiful, spacious, and such a fun atmosphere with plenty of seating to relax and unwind. The food and drinks were excellent, with great poolside service that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the day without needing to leave. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a fun, vibrant style that fits the Key West vibe perfectly. Staff throughout the property were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. One of the best perks is the shuttle service to and from Duval Street. It makes getting into town super easy without worrying about parking. The only suggestion would be to have a few more shuttle runs during busier times, and possibly extend the final pickup time past 11:00 PM for those enjoying a later night out. Overall, a great experience and a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Would definitely stay again!"

"The $65 a day add on fee was ridiculous but after speaking to manager it was refunded . Beach had a lot of grass but I think k it’s just grass season . Food was very good but pricy . Room was nice until u had to look behind the bed for a lost earring then it was not so nice . For the cost I would not stay here again"
