Pier House Resort & Spa
"The Pier House used to be the best hotel in Key West. Not anymore. It was run down, the front desk and bar staff were not friendly or helpful, the room was musty, the beach area was dirty and not maintained. It is time for an overhaul of this once fabulous hotel. Very disappointed."

Heron House Court - Adult Only
"Greg who was on the front desk at our check in was awesome. Parking is always a challenge in Key West but he gave up his parking spot so that we were able to park in front of the hotel. That was going “above and beyond” as far as we were concerned. Thank you Greg. You’re the best."

Ocean Key Resort - A Noble House Resort
"Terrible hotel building with terrible customer service. Building is old and consist of few buildings combined. Need to change elevator 2 times to go to your room. Rooms are nicely decorated but not what you expect for $1000 a night. They are way over priced for the quality. Front desk staff is terrible. ..."
