"The suite was beautifully appointed, spacious, and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and our pool view was lovely. We especially enjoyed the private spiral staircase from our balcony that led directly down to the pool.
The pool was advertised as heated, although the water temperature definitely suggested otherwise.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue with our stay was significant and should not be taken lightly: there were tiny ants everywhere inside the unit.
They were on the kitchen counters, dining room table, couch, and throughout the living space. We had to throw away all of the food we left on the counter because it became completely infiltrated with ants.
They were so tiny that they were often difficult to see, but you could feel them crawling on you. It got to the point where we couldn't comfortably sit at the dining room table or even relax on the couch.
It's unfortunate because the unit itself is beautiful and has so much going for it, but the ant infestation seriously impacted our ability to comfortably enjoy the suite. This is something management needs to address immediately before hosting future guests."
