"Beautiful views, pool was open 24/7, music allowed to be played, balcony and private rooftop, can't express how cool this resort was. Never hounded by staff, they let you do as you please. The way vacation stays should be. That is our go-to spot for trips to Key West."

"Staff was excellent - so helpful and friendly. Easy to get an Uber around the island. Pool was clean and they came around often to check for drink orders. Room looked exactly like the pictures! Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at another Margaritaville hotel in the future!"

"The hotel was very clean. the people were really nice. the room was wonderful. the pools were clean. We loved the place. Not crazy about the location but the hotel is worth every penny. Food was a bit expensive, so didn't eat there. will defintely go back! "

"The property was very nice. The only few things I would add is the beach being misrepresented since you couldn’t swim in it, the rooms were nice though not super quiet- you could hear doors slamming alot. People saving seats at the pools, you couldn’t get a seat at 2 of the pools. Would have been nice to have music at the pool closest to me. The entertainment didn’t last late so got pretty quiet, which was okay but would have been nice to have something to do."

"The staff at the reception and throughout the property were excellent--friendly, professional and helpful. The facility was clean, well landscaped, and comfortable. My only complaints were: I the TV was very hard to operate, there was no hot water in the shower, and when I tried to call the front desk I could scarcely hear the voice."

"The Pier House is the best place to stay in Key West. Rooms are beautiful, staff is amazing and the beach is perfect. Staff takes care of any issues and ensures a first class vacation. I would not think of staying anywhere else!"
