"Very nice front desk guy for check in and later my youngest cut her knuckles in the pool so we got bandaids from him. Overall nice room (cracked bathroom floor tile in 236) Lady was on phone during checkout so no chance to tell her. Overall nice stay. The pool and the breakfast are always a hit for the kids."

"Easiest check-in and check-out experiences ever! There were four of us traveling together and we appreciated the spaciousness of the suite. If you are looking to catch a sea plane to Isle Royale National Park I highly recommend staying a D's Base Camp the night before."

"We arrived to checking and there was a sign on the door...gone to shower...phone numbers to call wich went unanswered. It took us 45 minutes and many calls to get the manager and first she gave us a room that the door won't lock then she gave us a room that the door did lock but you could see outside all around the door. It is very old and not kept up. It appears as though in 2 of the rooms that people are living there. They didn't have the queen bed to were told we would get instead 2 double...
