"The family room was spacious, which was great for our stay. However, we were not aware in advance that there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
The room was clean, but the furniture appears quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment.
We were also surprised to find that there was no proper shower head in the bathroom. In addition, the hot water supply was insufficient, as it was only enough for two people to shower."
