We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

"Decent parking. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, easy 20 minute walk to CBD. Room faced an inner courtyard, with very little natural light and a view directly into the opposite room if you opened the curtains- though there was little point due to the lack of light. Felt a bit subterranean, but as a place to sleep it was comfortable and good value."

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own. "

"The housekeeping service was terrible as the room was still not cleaned after 2 request and by evening my room was still unattended and I had to make the 5th call before actual attention was taken. Total put off, will not stay here again."
