After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising."

"Electrical plugs was an issue, we had converters but the outlets were recessed with hinged covers on them, which blocked the ability to plug in a C-PAP machine or any of our devices. Room was super bright for trying to sleep, there was no window covering on the bathroom window, and the bathroom door was glass, which allowed a lot of light into the bedroom. Fourth was a full service bar with variety of tables and couch areas and a large screen tv showing World Cup matches. Only negative was warm ish room so we opened the window but unfortunately in mid June room was filled with flying insects overnight that woke me up and yes they bite. "Stella at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property has a serenity spa vibe to it. It has a geothermal pool and 2 hot tubs. There is also a quaint river beside it which we swam in as our cold plunge. The food at the restaurant is awesome. Breakfast buffet was really good. Highly recommend this place."
