"This property is in the heart of old town which is where you want to be. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, water and everything you need. Best location, however the front sofa bed is in the front which is noisy at night (but worth it). I would stay here again"

"This was one of the most charming, beautiful boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Veronika went out of her way to help me get my suitcases up and down the steep stairs, gave me great local advice for food and adventure, and was super professional, polite, and friendly. The view from my room was exceptional. The only drawback was the noise level. I would stay there again. If you stay there, you must eat at Tamam - about a half block from Vranas!"

"Lovely hotel in a great area of the old town of Chania. We were a family of 7 and stayed in 3 rooms. Very comfortable, clean and close to shopping and food. Easy to get to after being dropped off by our taxi- only about 600 feet of walking on flat road surface to the hotel check in."

"The room itself was ok and location was great. Supermarket, bakery and deli was just few metres away. The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities. The bar/restaurant was more like a locals pub. I felt very lonely at the hotel and only ever saw someone on the day of my arrival."
