"Very good property"

"This "resort" apartments are big and new but needs an update and more furniture the living room had 2 beds instead of couches and no dinning table or chairs. The first night there was not hot water and we got moved to a different room which after we showered realized the AC did not work! back to the room again all of this took 3 hrs !!. The description says 2 restaurants, one is a pool bar which has few options (did not have ice cream in 3 days) and the other one is a restaurant with buffet...

"This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. I think floating around in the water at night with the palm trees swaying above me was the most magical experience I have ever had. "I love the atmosphere of the NBT, the staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you, but the rooms are very basic. The air conditioning works and was good. The shower was terrible. Little more than a trickle. The whole room needs a refurb. My biggest gripe, was with the roof of the ‘patio’, it was a sloping roof at about 5’5 feet at the entrance. I’m 6’1 and hit my head at least 3 times. Go to the NBT for the beach bar, atmosphere and staff. I wouldn’t recommend the rooms."

"I don't usually write reviews because I don't like to waste my time online too much but this will be my first review in Expedia. I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. When we got to the front desk, it literally took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us check in. The guy looked like he just woke up and he was very disoriented. He walked with us to guide where our room...
