"We booked through hotels.com for $87 the night. When we got there the man at the desk was rude and told us we didn't say 3 people when we did and booked a 2 queen bed room. He insisted we didn't and had to pay $30 extra for 2 more people. He then proceeded to be rude and told us there was no smoking in the room which we knew that and told him we knew and would not be smoking in the room. He then said rudely we smelled like smoke (of course we smoked before entering) we had better leave it in...
