"If you have an early flight, there’s no coffee until 630 am so I could not have coffee, if you want ice you have to call the front desk to bring you ice. I would not pay that kinda money to ever stay there again. Only good thing about this place was the staff and the distance to Fenway Park. Even the Valet lady did not thank me for the tip. They are very clear with their rules, obviously from lessons learned from previous guests. So if you are good following rules, this can be a good choice."

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...
