"The employee checking us in was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for four adults with ease of use Wifi. The continental breakfast was ok but limited options. The coffee was excellent. Overall for value Spark exceeded my expectations and is better than the other hotels in the area."

"We stayed at this location in March of 2024 and didn’t have a great stay. Our room was directly above where the staff would take breaks outside. There were tons of F Bombs and foul language for my young daughters to hear at 8:00am in the morning. We were reluctant to stay here again while visiting my elderly Mother in Wilson. Well you have definitely cleaned things up. There was no foul language and your staff was extremely professional everytime we had a chance to interact with them. Hats off to you for listening to your customer base and doing something about it. Thank you…we will be back. "

"The hotel was old and had a musty smell. The first room we were assigned had multiple bugs that scattered when we entered the room. We were given another room. That room has broken down furniture and a TV that didn't work."

"Replace dingy wash cloth and towels. Bathroom shower curtain dirty and should be washed and replaced after every guest. Water from shower goes out very slow making it almost impossible to bathe the ankles and feet. "
