"The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. I didn’t understand why they wanted to charge me an additional $60 for wanting to checking in two hours early when the the room was available."

"Great stay aside from the fact I called multiple times for towels , I was told they were being brought but they never came !"

"Breakfast was good and fresh. Check in was easy and friendly. Staff was very helpful and attentive."

"Every time I went to the front desk nobody was there. I had to ring the bell several times or go and search for the person elsewhere. Bedsheets in my room were burnt, towels weren't clean, the tv had a blue hue that affected the picture, none of the vending machines were operational. Housekeepers were sweet and helpful and so was the staff when they were around."

"Loved the room very spacious only problem was the tv didn’t work or the ac. The elevator was slow because only one worked also the drain in the bathroom didn’t do well and the bar they said was at night they bearly had snacks but other than that it was a nice stay."

"room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."

"Great hotel but the bathroom lights were terrible. You walk in at night and before you can even close the door, automatic lights come on and blind your family. Then you go in, use the toilet, and after 30 seconds or so the auto lights turn off! The life also turned off twice during a totally normal-length shower. I’m an adult. I can figure out light switches. Ditch the automatics."
