"All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm. Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing "

"A beautiful hotel with historic features. We stayed in the house which is quiet and we had a view of the fields. The swimming is very clean and the jacuzzi was relaxing we had the whole pool to ourselves, it has a small sauna and steam room which needs to be warmer. The Reception had a beautiful Christmas tree and the bar area is relaxing with a lovely sitting room. The staff work hard and make you feel welcome. The room was spacious with sash windows, no snacks provided like the other group...

"The Old Bank Hotel is a great place to stay. It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. They arranged a guided tour of Oxford for us at no charge with a very knowledgeable woman. And the location can't be beat! Highly recommend."
