Top Kenai Peninsula Hotel Reviews

Hotel Seward

Hotel Seward

8/10 Good
"Seward doesn't have much to offer on the hotel front, and we were looking for something historic or with a little charm. The Seward Hotel is clearly the best offering in that regard. It has the best location if you're looking to do anything in Seward beyond catching a harbor cruise. The hotel itself does have some charm (the taxidermy display is a bit over the top, but it's Alaska, after all), and our room was large and comfortable. For the price, we would have liked a bit more service for our room -- we were there three nights and the only time a hotel staff member came in our room was at our request to replace the battery in the beeping smoke alarm. Like many other hotels, the Seward seems to have used the Covid epidemic as an excuse to quit providing room cleaning, though we don't remember being told there wouldn't be any. At the very least, trash service would have been nice."

Land's End Resort

Land's End Resort

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and the room was right on the bay where you could sit at the window and look at the bay. The best part was leaving the window partially open and listen to the waves crash on shore while we were laying in bed!"
