"Very clean and adequate room with refrigerator. Good location with a short walk to the Seward Harbor area and a 20 minute drive to the Kenai Fjords Exit Glacier trailhead. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful reception (Diana). It was a minimalist facility, so there is no exercise room or guest laundry, but it was not a problem. It has a quaint 24 hour coffee room adjacent to the check-in lobby. My group enjoyed our stay here. "

"Right on the River, it is beautiful. Walk down and fish have a bbq and meet new friends. A true Kenai experience. I wish the bottom floor had patio doors instead of windows, but it was an amazing view. I would stay again."

"Quiet and relaxing. Great if traveling without a car as is 1/2 way between train station and the downtown area. It is also right on the free shuttle route with a convenient stop, so is easy to get to Safeway grocery store at far end of town There is a fridge and microwave in the room! The front desk staff is delightful and offer free bear spray. Mount Marathon and Twin Lakes trails as well as paved trail all along Resurection Bay are all 1-2 blocks away. "Such an amazing place. The staff, food, and proximity to wildlife/wilderness are all outstanding. Anyone looking to head off into the last great frontier should have a stay at the Summit Lake Lodge for a night or two. Recommend renting the lakefront cabins, as waking up to a cup of coffee in bed with incredible views helps start any day with a smile. A special thanks to Brandon and Lindsey for making it a very memorable trip for my entire family. "

"an interesting stay, a very fancy house turned into an airbnb. we arrived late at night so we quietly slipped off our shoes in the foyer(as requested) and went to our v large rooms. used the lovely huge kitchen in the morning to cook n take our meals n left. saw not a single other soul though we knew other ppl were there. It was competitive priced and well appointed. good one plus that wonderful wooden bench at the entrance and the gleaming stone of the kitchen countertop. there is old money...
