"The rooms are very small. The sink is located in with the main room, not within a bathroom. They do not have 24/7 complimentary coffee. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The pool is tiny and everything in that room is rusted and it is very hot and humid. They definitely have a humidity control issue. We stayed 4 days and had to change out our own trash, ask for towels etc. all but 1 day. Overall, location is convenient and it is clean, just poor upkeeping."

"What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!"

"This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!"

"There was no parking off street, the lot was full, but I get that, we had easy street parking. Was very disappointed/embarrassed that our room was given to someone else and I walked in on someone watching TV in the hotel room. The guy at the counter was super nice, put me in a different room, but I booked two beds and it was a "executive king" sweet.
