I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet!

This hotel is absolutely lovely, the staff, housekeeping, restaurant, and all services were wonderful. Very clean and remodeled rooms. Beach access is within the premises. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely place to stay for a short break. Plenty of loungers for sunbathing at the beach and pool. Only downside labelling of food at the buffet only two meals in 4 days were labelled and as someone with allergies this isn’t great, having said that the food was good quality and plenty of option. Excellent treatments in the spa also! Worth a visit

We were here for 4 days, and during this time we liked every part of this beautiful place. Starting from the hotel room to the beach, meals, cocktails everything was really nice! It’s definitely not a four-star hotel; it’s more like a three-star. We were given a room that was extremely dirty, and there was mold in it. Additionally, the hotel is situated between two very busy hotels, and the music from both was so loud that we couldn’t sleep even one night.

Resepsiyon görevlileri suratsız ve kaba davranışlar sergiliyorlar. Odamızı üst kat olsun diye rica edince bize şart olarak hakkımızda güzel yorum yazarsanız değiştireceğiz diye karşılık verdiler. Odalar temizlik yok denecek kadar az çarşafları havluları değiştirmiyorlar sürekli biz söyledik tuvalet banyo hep saç dolu detaylı temizlik asla yapmıyorlar. Otelde genel olarak lağum kokusu hiç gitmiyor. Gündüz ve gece hiç bir eğlence yok. Sadece akşamları müzik var. Yemek yerken bile arkadan bir müzik sesi gelmiyor.

the hotel is after renovation, everything is clean, all the staff is trying very hard. but this hotel has 2 big minuses: 1. In the restaurant 50% of the food is always cold, the pasta is always cold. And often even the soup is cold. A very big minus to the chef!!!! 2. very poor soundproofing. and also very tight hinges in the doors, so all the doors slam very loudly. while you sleep, you will hear every time your neighbors leave the room and you will wake up. and also music from the neighboring hotel, because of which it is impossible to sleep, it screams from 10 am to 12 am every day. windows do not help.
