"Everything was great. The parking garage was easy to access and was safe. There was security seen riding on a golf cart monitoring the garage from time to time. The staff at the desk were super welcoming and greeted us each time we came and left the property. We had a balcony room, but unfortunately construction was happening out side our window so the view was not the best, we could view the Bay Area and the construction was not taking place at the time so it wasn’t loud or disruptive...

"The pool was green upon arrival but the issue fixed while there. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were all pleasant and helpful."

"Perfect location close to many attractions including Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, and Galveston. Very clean, reasonable price, and most of all i liked the friendly staff. Family friendly as well. Will stay here again in the future."

"The staff was great and the less than perfect rating was nothing on their part. The parking lot grass and bushes in the area weren’t maintained well. The grass was tall and bushes over grown. My biggest disappointment was the broken elevator. I understand there was a storm and a part was on order but I wish I had been offered a different room if possible. I wouldn’t have minded a different type of room to avoid going up and down 4 flights of stairs several times a day."

"The property is very old, smell to much humidity, it doesn’t have any amenity. Expensive for what it is. "

"There was a big mixup when I called to confirm my reservation and spoke with a man. I was told I didn't have a reservation so I registered again since there were 2 days until check in. I was charged anyway for the "non existent" reservation. The female desk clerk was professional but I wasn't happy with the extra charge. Otherwise the accommodations were great."

"We had to leave the hotel! Room was dirty and smelled nasty! Sheets were dirty and when I asked to bring clean sheets and pillow cases, the pillows were yellow with stains! We grabbed our bags and left after 10 minutes "
