"Very kind and informed staff. Stocked kitchens. Cozy communal room and outdoor garden.
Unfortunately, the rooms where not good. The carpet smelled AWFUL to the point I was afraid to unpack, in fear it'd seep into my clothes. 0 airflow so you couldn't air it out.
Despite setting the heater to max, it simply wouldnt work 80% of the time. Very chilly in the mornings and had to use both bed's blankets. Had I been traveling with a partner, we would've had to sleep in multiple layers of clothes....

"Pros: clean and very friendly staff.
Cons: this 4 star hotel doesn’t have a simple phone in the room. So I couldn’t cal the reception nor the restaurant.
Needless to say in a case of emergency I had to walk 250 feet to the next elevator and go down 8 floors and go to reception to ask for help !!!"

"Had an excellent stay, the room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful, but the jewel on the crown was the amazing breakfast. As a lactose free traveller, I appreciated the dietary options and separate fridge for alternative milks.
It was exceptionally brilliant and is my number 1 choice for Gothenburg"
