"I would have given this hotel 5 stars because the staff were genuinely lovely and provided great service. The location was beautiful and the hotel itself was very nice. However… The shower pressure was extremely poor — the water flow was very weak. I was told that this is just how it is, which was disappointing. The parking situation also wasn’t ideal. Even though there are electric vehicle charging bays, non‑electric cars were allowed to park in them. As a result, I had to park in a regular bay and couldn’t charge my car. I was told it’s on a first‑come, first‑served basis, which makes me wonder why the EV chargers are there if they aren’t reserved for EVs"
