"Be aware! They charge you a $30 amenities fee and then they want to turn around and charge you $50 to park your car. Unless this is the last option, you're probably better off staying someplace else."

"The property was convenient to the airport with a hotel shuttle. However, instructions of where to meet the shuttle were poor. Outlets in the room were not working. Beds were OK. Renovations are badly needed. Not a place to spend any time. Just get a bed and leave. The other occupants at the hotel were noisy. Spend a couple bucks more and go to Best Western. If you’re just looking for a night sleep."

"Excellent service, great location but our room view is slightly blocked by another hotel. Still stunning. There are some insects in the room or on the bed; I have been bitten and have many bumps."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all...

"Loved it here 10/10 stay to be honest"

"Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star"

"The Reed is a great place to stay and it’s in a great location. Lot’s of aloha spirit. It’s close to shows, shopping and the beach. Live music in a couple of locations."

They had everything you needed…beach towels, lots of towels, pots and pans and silverware etc…They even had batteries! I recommend this property to anyone and everyone."

"We're a local family and have stayed at the Hokulani twice in the last 6 months. It's definitely our new favorite and have zero complaints about the accommodations. Everything is great, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Just enough for everything you need for a stay with children or just two people. Overall satisfied with both stays so far and will likely be booking again."
